In the exciting world of food and product development, I stand out for my broad experience, creativity, and love for the field. I have led innovative and broad-based projects in the food industry, from dairy products, plant species, to more traditional products such as___. Along the way, I have dealt with almost the entire spectrum of food development, bringing innovations and solutions to a variety of clients.
My commitment to research, combined with my passion for creativity, makes me someone who can provide unique and successful solutions to my clients.
In each project, I select and collaborate with chefs, technologists, and engineers who are experts in their fields, creating customized teams that ensure maximum quality and efficiency at every stage.
I’m a food engineer. For many years, I was convinced I wanted to be a chef... until I discovered the fascinating world of food engineering.
Originally from the land of meat and football — Argentina — I now live in Israel.
Today, I spend most of my time thinking about new processes and products that can create real impact in the industry, helping manufacturers improve efficiency or enhance existing solutions.
I’m a strong believer in innovation and that no challenge is truly impossible — it just takes continuous learning, a passion for creation, and the determination to turn the impossible into reality.
